TERMS AND CONDITIONS / Returns policy

Returns for school items will only be accepted within 14 days of the dated purchase, providing the returned item/s are in the original bag, unwashed and unworn. All uniform must be ordered before the cut off date to allow sufficient time to order in stock and embroider the garments.

Images do not show exact colour. Some sizes maybe applicable to VAT.

By accepting these terms (purchasing a product) we are able to keep your email on file and send you promotional offers until you opt out.

We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items to us for replacement, the replacement goods are shipped to you free of charge. We will refund the value of the goods returned, at the price purchased.  All refunds will be for goods only, carriage costs will only be credited if the item was sent to you in error. We recommend you use a recorded method of carriage for return of the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. Fast track service cannot be refunded once order is completed as this is an additional service.
